Macro Base-Stations Interference Protection

​Macro base-stations are the primary basis for any cellular network coverage. Strong interference can result in reduced service area and as a results holes in network coverage, it also may result in reduction of network throughput. Intermittent interference may result in increase in calls and data-session drops and as result damage the end-user experience.

Due to their large coverage-area antennas Macro-sites may suffer from interference of many origins, these may include neighboring FM Radio and TV broadcasters, Oscillating Repeaters,  Power Stations, Neighboring Networks and more …

The UBiFiX™ DUPLEX solution is tailored to be deployed in any Macro-site architecture. The UBiFiX™ DUPLEX outdoor units can be installed between the antennas and radios on the tower, roof-top or at the site’s shelter.
